While Games, PCGamebenchmark and Warmer are looked after by another publisher (they find this jubilee right here), the expectations are the same. We are looking for an industry veteran that can work with the Publishing Director and each of the trademark editors to develop and implement new growth strategies, to increase the awareness of sites, manage budgets and to train site editors according to the highest possible standards.

You are also expected to manage each of the site editors and give regular guidance, feedback and pastoral care in 14-day 1: 1 times, work together with the sales team, the Creative Studio and the E-Commerce team to set goals to achieve for each quarter.

The role

Manage the editorial teams of The PC Player 24, Pocket Tactics and The Digital Fix and supervise new product launches or acquisitions in multiform at and entertainment.

Work together with the Publishing Director and brand editors to develop growth-oriented editorial strategies and to ensure their successful implementation. Cooperation with the sales team, Creative Studio, E-Commerce and other members of the Publishing Management Team to achieve the editorial and commercial overall objectives of the department.

You are responsible for:

You are expected:

Increase website traffic Ensure consistently high editorial standards for all published content Offer pastoral care and 14-day 1: 1s with trademark editors Perform monthly cell counterparts with the teams Occasionally copy and create documentation Scope and providing at least a large commercial editorial program per quarter Forecast and manage department budgets Recruit, onboarding and training new editorial teams as needed Use the company's workflow tools correctly and effectively, including Asana, suite, etc.

You will have / be / be:
